Additionally, it is just a short walk from Sundance Square, giving you easy access to dozens of local restaurants, bars, and entertainment options after your events wrap up.

Rooms & Comfort

The rooms and suites are designed with the modern business traveler in mind. While the decor is standard for the Fairfield brand, the spaces are clean, functional, and well-maintained.

• Connectivity: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, which is reliable enough for checking emails and standard remote work.
• In-Room Amenities: Rooms come equipped with mini-fridges, microwaves, and coffee makers, adding convenience for multi-day stays.

Key Amenities

• Complimentary Breakfast: A major perk for conference-goers is the free hot breakfast served daily. It features a standard rotation of scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fresh fruit, and make-your-own waffles—ideal for fueling up before a busy day of networking.
• Fitness Center: There is a 24-hour fitness center on-site featuring basic cardio machines and free weights.
• Corner Market: A 24/7 convenience mart in the lobby offers snacks, beverages, and travel essentials.

Things to Consider

• Parking: Because of its prime downtown location, the hotel offers valet parking only, which comes with a daily fee. If you are driving in, be sure to factor this cost into your budget.
• Street Noise: Being right in the heart of downtown on Houston Street means lower-level rooms may experience some street noise. Requesting a room on a higher floor is recommended for light sleepers.
